THIS CASE IS ONLY 22 INCHES TALL NOT 28.
I BOUGHT THIS THINKING I WAS GETTING A 28 INCH BAG FOR CHECKING. I GOT A 22" CARRY ON. THE DESCRIPTION IS INCORRECT. RATING IS BASED ON INCORRECT SALES DESCRIPTION, NOT THE QUALITY

I bought this cause in the description it said 28 inches high and it only measures 21 inches high. Well made but not the right size?
