The shoe is plastic. The heel is higher than advertised. When walking it seems as if the heel will break

Bought for a special occasion and could BARELY WALK!
The HARD PLASTIC underneath the bling on top cut into my foot I had to remove them when I arrived....how do I get a refund?

Lovely Design (but poorly made shoes)
It is clear that one of the shoes was either poorly made or simply re-repaired (you can see areas where glue was reapplied and the stitching on inside of shoe is already coming up! I plan to return shoes.
