All fit differently.
I've worn a size 12 for years. I placed 2 different orders of Monroe and Main jeans...2 pairs each time. Only 1 pair fit. They were all the same brand, same style and same size. Two were huge and the third was tight around the waist and huge everywhere else. Not happy, especially paying $58 a pair, but with the holidays and then just forgetting, I'm sure the return time has expired. Lesson learned.

Someone needs to check the sizing!
Checked the measurements carefully before I ordered. When I tried them on, the waist was several inches too big - even though my waist was actually an inch bigger than the listed measurement. Ordered a pair of yellow capris in the next smaller size - and the waist is still too big! Someone needs to match up the chart to the pants or the pants aren't being sewed to specs.

I am 5'3" curvy , usually wear 14 with stretch, what size would I order
I too am 5’3” and curvy. I ordered 14. Fit well. They shrink after washing but stretch again.
